The use of university names, course codes, or academic terms on this Platform is strictly for the purpose of identification and reference, and does not imply any association with the trademark holders.

2. Third-Party Content & Educational Fair Dealing

The Platform provides access to aggregated public educational resources, including Previous Year Question Papers (PYQs), public syllabi, and reference links (collectively "Triple-Added Material").

• Zero Monetization of Public Goods: Semly distributes this Triple-Added Material completely free of charge to the global public. We do not monetize, gate, or sell access to these specific public resources.

3. YouTube Embeds Disclaimer

Semly embeds educational video lectures directly from YouTube using the official YouTube Data API. We do not host these videos on our servers. The presence of an embedded video does not constitute an endorsement of Semly by the video creator, nor does it constitute Semly's endorsement of the video's content. All embedded videos are governed by YouTube's API Terms of Service, and Semly claims zero liability for the content, advertisements, or copyright status of third-party videos.

4. AI Liability Limitation

Features such as the "Exam Predictor" and "AI Tutor" utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence. AI models are experimental technologies and are prone to "hallucinations," producing output that may be statistically plausible but factually incorrect. Semly accepts absolutely no liability for academic failure, lost marks, or disciplinary action resulting from a student's reliance on AI-generated outputs. Students must verify all AI claims against official textbooks and professors.
